To create our Sailors Reserve Rum, we finish our classic white rum in American Oak (former Bourbon barrels) for 24 months, preserving the youthful character of the rum, while layering hints of vanilla & oak, for a delicate, dry finish. Bottled at 100 proof, this rum is both strong and delicate – there’s not a drop of sugar in this bottle!

In 2013 we launched our nano-distillery to create unique & remarkable American rum. Our signature spirit is double distilled in classic pot stills from 100% Louisiana cane - a hybrid fermentation of raw sugar and blackstrap molasses. Every step of the process is done by hand using only the best whole ingredients by a team of passionate & dedicated rum lovers.
